We only collect personal information that you choose to give us directly. On this website, that happens when you submit our quote request form, which asks for your name, phone number, email address, suburb or estate, and any message you add. If you contact us instead by phone, WhatsApp, or email, we receive whatever information is included in that conversation.

This website does not use cookies, analytics tools, or advertising trackers of any kind. We don't track your browsing activity on this site.

Why we collect it

We use the information you provide to:

• respond to your quote request and arrange a site visit;
• communicate with you about scheduling, invoicing, and the service itself, if you become a client; and
• keep a record of our conversation so we can follow up properly.

Our legal basis for this is your consent (by submitting the form or messaging us) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services.

Sharing your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. We share it only with the service providers that help us run this website and our business — for example, our email delivery provider (to send your quote request to us) and, once you're a client, the tools we use to schedule jobs and issue invoices. If you contact us via WhatsApp, that conversation is also subject to WhatsApp/Meta's own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We retain your information for as long as we need it to respond to your enquiry, or for as long as you remain a client, plus any period required by law (for example, financial record- keeping requirements). If you ask us to delete it and we have no ongoing legal or business reason to keep it, we will.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against loss, misuse, or unauthorised access.

You have the right to:

• ask us what personal information we hold about you;
